Cancellation Policy
★ Client card must be saved on file and a (non-refundable) deposit is required to secure your appointment. ★ Clients are allowed to reschedule a maximum amount of 2 times. If client reschedules more than 2 times, client's deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. ★ Client must reschedule at least 48 hours prior to appointment or client's deposit will be forfeited and client will be charged 50% of the full service cost. Neither the deposit nor the 50% cancellation fee will go towards appointments that are rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice. ★ Clients who pay the full amount before their appointment through Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm are allowed to reschedule a maximum amount of 2 times with at least 48 hours notice. If client reschedules more than 2 times or gives less than 48 hours notice, client will be required to pay a $100 rescheduling fee to reschedule.
